Ashwagandha, Withania somnifera,
The ashwagandha, also called the berry, grows in India and has the status of ginseng in Chinese medicine in Ayurveda. Like ginseng it is a genuinely invigorating plant, s.g. Adaptogenic plant, which helps the man to mentally and physically adapt to extreme situations. It strengthens the nervous system, improves memory, increases vitality, improves digestion, blood circulation, respiration, tissue regeneration. As a nerve tonic and sedative (sedative), it is also helpful in dizziness, anxiety, pain, stress and trembling. Ashwagandha balances emotions, has a calming effect and promotes a deep sleep.
The Ahwahandha are also awarded aphrodisiac and erection-prolonging effect. It is also used after surgery for improved regeneration also because of its anti-inflammatory properties. The medicinal herb has a blood purifying effect. intensifies the excretion of metabolites and uric acid by the kidneys, eliminating edema. It has a positive effect on the heart, especially in heart rhythm disorders. The application should be similar to a cure and should not be moderately dosed over too long a period.
Dosage: 1 capsule daily about 15 minutes before eating.
