Sorig Trulthang - Tibetan tea

The four carefully selected medicinal herbs strengthen the immune system, increase mental resilience and tolerance to stress, prevent a cold and flu. In the case of a cold or flu, even with fever you have antibacterial, expectorant, anti-inflammatory and antipyretic.
The Emblica officinalis, mentioned in the Ayurverda Amla, is a s.g. adaptogenic plant, which helps to adapt psychologically and physically better to stressful situations and thereby lowers the stress level. It has a general strengthening and blood circulation, detoxifying and expectorant. The Chebulic myrobalane has an antibacterial and immune-boosting effect, as well as increased mental capacity. The two plants that occur in the Himalayas: Two-leaved raspberry lat. Rubus Biflorus and Pegaeophyton scapiflorum reduce fever and have a cooling effect, especially in high fever.
