Minerals are absorbed during daily diet, especially with vegetable foods such as vegetables and fruit, partly by animal food. When decomposing in the metabolism of all proteins (amino acids) of animal and vegetable origin, acids are formed that have a negative effect on the body. Inflammatory processes, often associated with pain, cause acids to develop. The painkillers and other medicines add additional acids to the body. The acid environment favors the maintenance of inflammation in the body and is often the cause of its development. It can be neutralized by absorbed minerals. This is achieved by the minerals added to the food. Often, however, too little minerals are absorbed, especially in the case of products containing sugar and white flour. There is an over-acidification in the body. Because the blood must always be kept basic, the body extracts the required minerals from the hair, nails and bones that fail or break. The mineral chromium also favors weight loss or does not increase. The base tablets help to minimize hyperacidity, avoid inflammation and fade away.
