The oregano oil has a broad spectrum of activity: antibacterial, antiviral, against fungi (Candida), expectorant, relaxing, warming. It stimulates the release of mucus in the respiratory tract, digestive juices in the stomach, urea in the urinary tract and binds toxic metabolic products.
The oil has an antibacterial effect against some fungi and viruses and can have a positive effect on the healing of skin infections, acne and pimples. Internally, it has an expectorant, antibacterial, antiviral and warming effect.
It relaxes the biliary tract and gastrointestinal tract, bronchial tubes, urinary tract and increases the release of the bile, mucus in the respiratory tract, uric acid by the kidneys. It facilitates digestion, breathing in asthma and smokers, helps to excrete urea through the urinary tract, and strengthens the body's defenses, with sore muscles and stressed joints and muscles with joint wear, arthrosis, rheumatism, it has a regenerating, warming and pain-relieving effect when massaged on the affected areas.
The oil strengthens the blood vessels and increases their elasticity, lowers blood pressure, this oil requires a dilution of 1: 5, i.e. 1 drop of the oil should be diluted in 5 drops of the olive oil. The oil may only be used diluted on the skin.
