Mumijo, 2 x 5 g sticks



Mumio chopsticks contain purified mumijo, also called Shilajit, a rare mineral-organic substance that is found in the mountains of Central Asia e.g. Tien Shan can be found in Kyrgyzstan. Shilajit collected in a very long process in the crevices of the mountains from plant remains, lichens, resins and especially from the milkweed plants. The decay and putrefaction of this organic matter took place under intense sunlight. Mumijo is a black, rubbery substance that dissolves very well in water. It has long been used in folk medicine of Central Asia and Ayurveda. Mumijo contain almost all the important trace elements (60 minerals), vitamins, amino acids, organic acids such as humic and fulvic acid and modified ingredients of the milkweed family, metabolic products of bees and bee residues. Mumjio has an immune-strengthening, regenerating, gastrointestinal mucous membrane soothing effect (for gastritis), accelerates the healing process in the case of bone fractures, prevents osteoporosis, reduces inflammation. Due to the large number of bioactive substances, it has a stimulating and strengthening effect on all physical processes.
Dosage: 1 stick in 500ml water, drink up to 4 tablespoons daily approx. 30 minutes before meals. Store in the refrigerator.
