Modus Sleep Aid, 30 tablets

The three well-balanced herbal extracts: hops, lemon balm, and lavender support relaxation and calm and help you fall asleep. The added melatonin shortens the time it takes to fall asleep. Melatonin is a natural hormone released in the brain at dusk. Various influences can disrupt the natural day-night rhythm. Vitamin B6 plays an important role in the production of hormones, including the body's own melatonin.


The added herbs contribute to a normal sleep rhythm, as well as normal digestion, blood circulation, blood pressure, and heart rhythm. The tablets support restful and healthy sleep.

Warning: Not suitable for children or pregnant women. Do not consume alcohol or drive while taking this product.

Composition: Extracts of lemon balm 4:1 200mg, hop cones 4:1 180mg, lavender 4:1 25mg, vitamin B6 1.4mg (100mg)*, melatonin 1mg, vitamin D3 2.5µg (50%)*, * of the recommended daily dose, tablet components.

Dosage: 1 to 2 tablets approximately 20 minutes before bedtime. Normally, one tablet is sufficient, sometimes two tablets are necessary.
