The capsule contains three building blocks for the joints: glucosamine from shellfish, chondroitin and collagen. Glucosamine is a component of connective tissue, cartilage and synovial fluid. Chondroitin is mostly transformed into glucosamine and glucuronic acid in the digestive process. When glucosamine was used, a cartilage-protective effect was found in studies. Glucosamine also lowers inflammatory levels in the blood. The frankincense mainly contains boswellic acids, which have a strong anti-inflammatory effect and are used for rheumatism, intestinal inflammation, asthma and other chronic inflammations. In rheumatoid arthritis and inflammation, a significant reduction in pain, stiffness and lack of gripping has been observed. Manganese is a component of the bones, which makes them stronger.
