Vitamin K2 MK7 from Natto


Natto is a traditional Japanese dish made from cooked, fermented soybeans. The fermentation process with the bacterium Bacillus subtilis produces valuable nutrients such as vitamin K2 and the enzyme nattokinase. Vitamin K2 is needed, among other things, to transport calcium from the bloodstream to the bones. There are also reports of positive effects of vitamin K2 on vascular plaque buildup.


Natto is a traditional Japanese dish made from cooked, fermented soybeans. Dosage: 6 drops daily contain 90 mcg of vitamin K (120% of the recommended daily allowance)
