The bark and root of the cat's claw have been used for centuries in traditional medicine in Central and South America for musculoskeletal issues and other ailments.
Because this plant may lower blood pressure and slow blood clotting, caution is advised when taking prescribed medications. The effects of blood thinners and antihypertensive drugs may be enhanced because the plant is also said to have these effects.
Dosage: Up to 2 capsules per day, divided between doses
