The aronia berries, which are part of the Tess, contain a group of flavonoids, the vitamin P active substances such as rutin and the tannin catechin, which in turn thicken the walls of the blood vessels and prevent blood clots and high blood pressure. The anthocyanidins in aronia, which give it its dark color, are powerful antioxidants. The hawthorn fruits strengthen the heartbeat and expand the blood vessels. Lemongrass, pansies, dandelions and hops have a diuretic and deacidifying effect and in this way lower blood pressure. The garlic, in addition to its antihypertensive effect, slows down the vascular deposits and the progression of arteriosclerosis. The olive leaf extract lowers arterial high blood pressure, regulates blood pressure fluctuations and has a beneficial effect on a high cholesterol level. The herbs and berries ensure low blood pressure, reduce cholesterol levels (garlic, olive leaves) and improve digestion (dandelion, hops, garlic), which means that they should be drunk about 10 minutes before eating.
