Melatonin, 1 mg, 300 tablets


Melatonin is released in the brain as a natural hormone at nightfall to induce sleep. Melatonin as a dietary supplement helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep if taken approximately 20 minutes before falling asleep. It is broken down during sleep, just like the body's own melatonin. Melatonin is not suitable for children, pregnant women, or breastfeeding mothers.

Dosage: 1 tablet before bedtime. If needed, increase the dose to 2-3 tablets. Avoid driving after use.

Ingredients per tablet: 1 mg melatonin, excipients: bulking agent microcrystalline cellulose, humectant sorbitol, L-leucine (10 mg)
