The 4 well-balanced herbs relax the gastrointestinal tract, stimulate the release of digestive juices, facilitate fat digestion and the passage of food through the intestines, remove gases, relieve indigestion, create long-lasting satiety, prevent fat storage. Good digestion creates long-lasting satiety, curbing cravings, appetite, reducing weight, • Dandelion, peppermint and milk thistle stimulate the liver to form and release bile, relax the bile ducts and bile flow and facilitate the breakdown of fats. They reduce cholesterol levels because bile is made from the cholesterol present in the blood. Milk thistle has a protective effect on a liver attacked by toxins, alcohol and improves its work. • The added buckthorn bark has a slight laxative effect. The herbs have a diuretic, deacidifying, cleansing and decongestant effect.

Composition: dandelion 100mg, cumin 50mg, peppermint 60mg, buckthorn bark 60mg, milk thistle extract with 60% silimarin 7mg.

Dosage: 1-2 tablets approx. 20 minutes, especially before a high-fat meal and as needed
