Oil from wheat seedlings
The oil is obtained by cold pressing from the wheat seedlings. It contains polyunsaturated fatty acids that humans should eat. The special feature of wheat germ oil is the highest amount of vitamin E among all edible oils and especially the very active form alfa-tocopherol, which is 100% active. Just a teaspoon of the oil provides the body with the daily need for vitamin E, which is called the vitamin of youthfulness and reproduction. It is a powerful antioxidant that limits the number of free radicals, stimulates the immune system and strengthens the nervous system. Vitamin E protects against harmful sun rays and the oil is suitable for skin care, especially in strong sunlight. Vitamin E slows down arteriosclerosis, cardiovascular diseases, tumors and neurodegenerative diseases such as: Parkinson's or Alzheimer's.
The oil also contains Fitosterole and a rare in the oils active ingredient: Octacosanol, which increases the physical capacity, the clumping of the blood platelets slows down (dilutes the blood) and lowers cholesterol. The blood thinning effect of octakosanol is comparable to that of aspirin with the difference that the wheat germ oil does not cause gastric irritation. The oil is also rich in omega-3 fatty acids that prevent high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease and diabetes II.
