The six herbs have a diuretic effect and intensify the excretion of uric acid, sodium ions, potassium and chlorides. They increase the amount of urine excreted. The added goldenrod helps to excrete toxins and harmful metabolic products. The rutin of the goldenrod and silicon from the horsetail strengthen the walls of the blood vessels, the connective tissue, improve the elasticity of the skin and strengthen the mucous membranes. The tea is recommended for water retention in the body, for kidney stones and kidney sand, for poorly working kidneys. It lowers uric acid levels that are too high and helps to eliminate associated limb ailments such as rheumatism. The tea should not be drunk with acute inflammation of the kidneys, other kidney diseases, insufficient flow of the biliary tract and intestines, suppuration in the bile. The tea is not suitable for swelling due to heart failure and insufficient kidney function. When taking it, you should drink enough.
Dosage: Brew 2 tea bags and let them steep for up to 15 minutes. Drink up to 4 times a day.
