Baikal skullcap, tincture 50ml
Scutellaria baicalensis is a plant from Asia and is widely used in traditional medicine there. Baikal skullcap is rich in flavonoids, e.g. of Baikalin, which have an antioxidant effect and have a broad spectrum of activity. The medicinal plant fights bacteria, viruses and fungi (Candida), also in the gastrointestinal area, which can be shown by diarrhea and reduces fever. It also fights infections with antibiotic-resistant bacteria, including the dangerous Staphylococcus aureus, which often causes an infection in a weakened body. Skullcap bioactives also lower elevated sugar levels, blood pressure, mildly soothe, protect and regenerate the liver. They thin the blood, prevent platelet aggregation and blood clots. Because it also lowers cholesterol, skullcap prevents arteriosclerosis. Thanks to its anti-inflammatory effect, the plant also reduces allergies and skin infections that can appear as itching, skin rashes, and atopic eczema. Skullcap is recommended for all infections due to bacteria, viruses and fungi, regardless of which part of the body they spread to. It also has anti-inflammatory properties and is beneficial for rheumatism. The tincture is obtained from the roots in a multi-step extraction process.
